I'm sending a virtual hug to 499 people. I can actually hug myself. I'm so glad to be here learning what you know, which is: we need to end trauma AND earth-trauma.

Love the audio and will look forward to the book. Bless you for following the path that opened up for you and making it a way for those you help in their time of dilemma.

I work in a nature-based school in Hendersonville, NC. One bonus of my job is daily morning walks with my students before we begin the academic day. We have 47 acres to wander replete with meadows, forests and creeks. Our school attracts atypical students, many who have been through trauma. The benefits of the morning 'walk and talk' are countless! Every now and then I am tempted to over-structure this time. But I see too much good in leaving it alone. Last week, my most rough and tumble boys came to me excitedly to share with me their discovery of frost shadows in the field. These same boys are the ones who love to make frost angels on the frostiest mornings. Think of the grounding and brain connections they are making!!! Thank you for your voice and work in this field! You inspire me.

Wholeheartedly agree with this, and looking forward to reading more. Even the bite of a January breeze is more restorative than scrolling through instagram!
